Nine Inch Nails canceled all of their appearances in 2021. In a statement posted on Twitter, the band wrote, “As originally planned, these shows were meant to be a cathartic return to live music. However, every day it becomes clearer that we are not in this place yet. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment and look forward to seeing you again in due course. “
NIN was scheduled to headline two shows with Pixies at the Jacobs Pavilion in Cleveland, Ohio on September 21st and 23rd. Ticket holders for both shows will be refunded. The band released the latest entries in their Ambient Ghosts series last year – Ghosts V: Together and Ghosts VI: Locusts. A song with HEALTH called “ISN’T EVERYONE” was released in May.
