André 3000 will play the leading role in Noah Baumbach’s film adaptation of White Noise, report the Cleveland Scene and a representative of the actor and Outkast legend confirmed to Pitchfork. The film version of Don DeLillo’s 1985 masterpiece, currently in production for Netflix, will also star Adam Driver and Greta Gerwig, The Hollywood Reporter announced in January. The role of André 3000 in the film is not yet known.

André 3000’s last film role was in the Claire Denis film High Life in 2018. He later appeared in Jason Segel’s television series Dispatches From Elsewhere. According to the deadline, André 3000 will soon be featured in Kelly Reichardt’s film Showing Up.
