BritBox Reveals What’s Coming On The Streamer In February 2021

John Cooper was a one-man crime wave in one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world. He was hiding in sight in the center of the community he was terrorizing. So confident was he that he could outsmart the law that he even appeared on the ITV hit game show Bullseye four years after the murders of Richard and Helen Thomas and just weeks before his new hit in Pembrokeshire in 1989. He was eventually captured by a small team of hand-picked detectives who carefully uncovered a web of forensic evidence that unequivocally established that Cooper was the man in charge. This incredible story has now been brought to the big screen by World Productions and Severn Screen for ITV, with Luke Evans as Detective Superintendent Steve Wilkins and Keith Allen as serial killer John Cooper. In this one-hour documentary, we take a look behind the scenes at T.he Pembrokeshire murders It was filmed in a lot of key locations in Pembrokeshire and we meet the real people who played a key role in bringing Cooper to justice.
