In a new video posted on social media, singer and performer Demi Lovato revealed that they are not binary and evolved from their pronouns.

“I’ve done some healing and self-reflective work in the past year and a half,” Lovato explained in a newly released video. “Through this work I have received the revelation that I identify as non-binary. With that said, I am officially going to change my pronouns to them. I feel that this best represents the fluidity I feel in my gender expression and allows me to feel most authentic for the person I know I am and who I am still discovering I am not claiming to be an expert or a speaker. “

Every day we wake up we are given another opportunity and chance to be who we want and want. I’ve spent most of my life growing in front of all of you … you’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between.
