Funimation announced that the Demon Hunter Entertainment District Arc will be streamed later this year. This will serve as the second season of the popular Aniplex of America anime ufotable.

Shortly afterwards the news comes Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train was also made available for streaming on Funimation. No exact release information for the second season of Demon Hunter has been announced, but Funimation has indicated that it will be available at launch in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba began as a manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge. It aired on Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020. The anime television adaptation aired between April and September 2019. Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train is a direct continuation of the film. The anime is also titled adapted into a video game Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles.
