Disclosure has released a new single called “In My Arms”. The song is the first in a series of new tracks coming from the pair this week, culminating on Friday with a song called “Never Enough”. Listen to “In My Arms” below.
The other disclosure songs out this week are: “Seduction”, “Another Level”, “It’s Happening”. The duo released their Ecstasy EP the same way and shared a new song every day for a week in February 2020.
In a statement, Disclosure’s Guy Lawrence said:
The spark that ignited the creation of this work came from a desire to revive a very fractured and insecure dance music scene and club culture that has changed so much around the world in the past 18 months for obvious reasons. While the first ideas were being gathered in spring 2021, the hope began to shimmer on the horizon for producers & DJs that we might get together again soon, dance and listen to music and take part in something bigger than ourselves. So we asked each other … what would happen we want to hear in these moments? What does that first moment in a club sound like? How does it feel to go to Shangri-la, Glasto at 2 a.m. again? What does a headline show in Reading look like after all the troubles 2020 brought our entire industry? With all of these questions unanswered, and with the possibility that one of these events may actually take place, we set out to create something that could go with one of those magical moments that some of us long to be part of again.
