Disney + ‘s She Hulk series has started filming in Atlanta
According to the shooting listing on the Georgia official website, this appears to confirm the production of the upcoming Marvel Studios She-hulk The series has finally started at Trilith Studios in Atlanta and is expected to be filmed through August 30th. The start of shooting for the Tatiana Maslany-directed MCU series was postponed last year due to the ongoing pandemic. This is Marvel Studios’ third Disney + project currently co-producing Mrs. Marvel and Hawk Eye both of whom have been filming since last year.
The start of production also comes afterwards Hamilton Star Renée Elise Goldsberry was recently cast for the role of Amelia. Maslany and Goldsberry are also joined by Ginger Gonzaga, a newcomer to the MCU.

The She-hulk The series is directed by Emmy and Golden Globe winner Tatiana Maslany, who will play the title role as Jennifer Walters. The project is described as a legal comedy that will consist of ten half-hour episodes. The project was first announced by Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige at D23 2019 along with two other MCU shows, Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight. This is the live-action debut of the legendary superheroes, who are also expected to appear in future MCU films.
Maslany includes MCU star Mark Ruffalo, who returns as Bruce Banner / The Hulk. Tim Roth has also joined the series, which will repeat his role as a subscription to Edward Norton The incredible Hulk.

The series is developed and written by Jessica Gao, who is the Emmy winner Rick and Morty‘s acclaimed season three episode “Pickle Rick”. Kat Cairo (Brooklyn nine-nine, Dead to me) and Anu Valia have also signed to produce direct and executive products.
She-hulk debuted in Marvel Comics’ “Savage She-Hulk” # 1 in 1980, created by writer Stan Lee and artist John Buscema. Her alter ego is Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner / Hulk’s cousin, who receives a blood transfusion from Bruce after being shot, transforming her into a similar creature.
