How badly would you like to see a weathered Keaton bark command on these actors? Who would you choose Let us know in the comments below!
Aidan Gallagher
First of all, Gallagher is 17 years old. He became famous on Netflix The Umbrella Academy the number five was a 58-year-old assassin in the body of a teenager. That said, he displayed the kind of intellect and wit that are usually associated with much older heroes. The idea of Gallagher playing a vigilante on a big screen has become popular lately. In particular, fans want him to appear as Dick Grayson AKA Robin in Matt Reeves’ upcoming appearance The Batman Trilogy … or Terry McGinnis? He may look a bit young, but by the time we start filming, he probably won’t. He already knows how to play a superhero and can fight like one too.
Logan Lerman
Lerman could be the most widely used and at the same time underrated actor in Hollywood. Headlining the Percy Jackson Movies, The perks of Being a Wallflowerand with Brad Pitt (think of him as old Wayne) in AngerLerman plays a certain type. This doesn’t mean he doesn’t have the reach to match Terry’s signature disrespect – compile that with his signature Lost Soul Shtick and you have a perfect protégé. Many online users have actually been promoting this casting for years, and even by almost 30, Lerman can still play young – which can be said for everyone on this list.
Tanner Buchanan
22-year-old Buchanan is perhaps best known for playing Johnny Lawrence’s troubled son Robbie in Cobra Kai. Like Terry, Robbie has both problems with his father and a less than admirable track record with the law. In addition, its characteristic look matches the cape and hood. With a karate background like Myagi-Do and Cobra Kai, he is fully equipped to hand out street justice. Buchanan even said he was completely down to play the role – just dye his hair black and he will do it justice.
Joe Keery
Steve Harrington’s character is in Strange things is arguably one of the most dynamic (and believable) changes since then Dragon Ball Zis Vegeta. Keery, 28, can play a conflicted student and bat-wielding hero / role model. The actor’s star power is perfectly prepared for the big screen, and while changing his beloved hairstyle might be a problem for some, seeing Keey’s lovable quirk as Terry and more aggressive fear than Batman would be a welcome addition to the legacy Batman Beyond.
Tye Sheridan
Rumors circulated last year that Sheridan was with Warner Bros. ‘Shortlist for a live action Batman Beyond. Known for Ready player one and as Cyclops in X-Men apocalypse and Dark phoenixSheridan, 24, is already familiar with playing a superhero on a big screen. He’s also suitably young and got used to playing the unlikely hero.
Nick Robinson
25 year old Robinson has been around for a long time. Recently, however, he jumped into the scene Jurassic World, Everyting everything, Much love, Simon, and A teacher. He has perfected playing the conflicted teenager and brings an undeniable amount of charisma to every role – he’s extraordinarily personable, even when he’s the bigger older brother. Since the archaic days of sitcoms like Melissa & JoeyRobinson deserves to play a high-profile character like Terry McGinnis, and he’s more than prepared for it.
Dylan O’brien -> actor
O’Brien, 29, has made a name for himself in movies American assassin (in which he was trained by Keaton), Deepwater Horizon, The labyrinth runner Trilogy and more recently Love and monsters. He also played as Stiles Stilinksi on MTVs Teen wolf Series. His experience and reach have been undervalued and used in Hollywood since his time Maze runner Days – making him the perfect terry all in one Batman Beyond Adaptation. Besides, he looks like this … but everyone else here, especially …
Timothée Chalamet
The front runner (pretty much for everything) is Timothée Chalamet. The 25-year-old can play pretty much anything – from Call me by your name and Beautiful boy to The king and Little woman. Fans want him to play the Boy Wonder. He could very well. He could also play Terry McGinnis – he definitely looks young enough to play a teenager and is quick-witted enough to live up to Terry’s personality. Seeing the duality of him and Keaton on screen together feels like a dream come true Batman Beyond Fans.
