Frasier Revival Officially a try at Paramount +

On the series, Kelsey Grammar, who will also serve as executive producer, will play the role of Dr. To return Frasier Crane – a role that the actor played in three separate series, viz cheers, wing and Frasier;; and that earned him six Emmys, three Golden Globes, a Screen Actor Guild Award, and a Tony Award.

Chris Harris and Joe Cristalli will write and executive produce the series, with Tom Russo and Jordan McMahon of Grammnet Productions also serving as executive producers.

Frasier ran for eleven seasons from September 16, 1993 to May 13, 2004, in which it won 37 Emmy Awards. The series also starred David Hyde Pierce, Jane Leeves and Peri Gilpin, neither of whom are currently involved in the revival. John Mahoney, who played Martin Crane, died in 2018.
