Jimmy O. Yang and Luis Gerardo Méndez have officially joined the cast of the upcoming Netflix comedy My time, according to a recent report from Deadline.

Yang and Méndez will join an already promising cast, with Kevin Hart, Mark Wahlberg and Regina Hall already confirmed for the film. John Hamburg will write and direct the film, with Hamburg being on board as a producer alongside Hart and Bryan Smiley.
My time follows the story of a father (Hart) who stayed at home and who finds himself with some “me-time” for the first time in years. While his wife and children are away, he tries to spend a wild weekend with his former best friend (Whalberg) that turns his life almost upside down.
My time will be executive producer for Lauren Hennessey, Mark Moran, Patricia Braga and Joe Gatta. It is produced by Hamburg through its Particular Pictures banner and Bryan Smiley for HartBeat Productions.

Wahlberg last appeared in the Paramount + action science fiction film Infinite, and the biopic drama Joe Bell. He’ll next be seen in the long-awaited adaptation by Sony Pictures Unexplored, and in the upcoming drama film Stuthat has just finished its production.
Hart will next star in Sony Pictures’ action comedy The man from Toronto, and in Eli Roth’s star-studded film adaptation of the hit video game series Borderland.
