Kanye West has announced the release event for its upcoming album Donda. It’s scheduled for Thursday, August 6th at 9 p.m. EST at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Tickets go on sale Monday, August 2 at 10 a.m. EST. Demna Gvasalia is credited as creative director.
Earlier this week, West postponed the release of his long-awaited new album to August 6th. Donda was due out Friday July 23rd via GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. He premiered the album on July 22nd at a listening event at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The event was streamed on Apple Music and reportedly interrupted the Apple Music Global livestream. West has been posting on social media from the stadium since the event and appears to be working on the album from makeshift living quarters.
