Laurence O’Fuarain will lead the cast of The Witcher: Blood Origin
There is a new addition to the cast of The witcher: blood origin. According to Deadline, Irish actor Laurence O’Fuarain has committed to starring Fjall in the upcoming period Witcher ground out. Fjall’s character description states that he is part of a “clan of warriors who have sworn to protect a king. Fjall bears a deep scar, the death of a loved one who fell fighting to save him. A scar that won’t let him settle down or make peace with himself or the world around him. In his search for redemption, Fjall will fight alongside the most unlikely allies as he treads a path of vengeance across a continent in turmoil. “
O’Fuarain previously had a role in the game of Thrones Season five finale, in which he portrayed Simpson. He also played Hakon in the story Vikings Series.
The Blood origin The cast also includes the British model and actress Jodie Turner-Smith as Éile. This spin-off is a limited original series that will consist of six episodes. Andrzej Sapkowski is a creative consultant on the show, with Declan de Barra as the showrunner.

Netflix has not yet announced an official release date for The witcher: blood origin.
