A recent leaked video by a Chinese user on the video-sharing website BilliBilli showed 11 minutes of gameplay from the tech test and gave fans a glimpse into everything from in-vehicle gameplay to firefights in the upcoming game. There aren’t many shocking things to be found in the video, but fans looking forward to the game may want to see what to expect when they get the chance to play.
This is not the first 2042 Gameplay to come out. EA released a gameplay trailer in June that shows some in-game footage. However, everything was cut up over a period of about three minutes.
In addition to the typical Battlefield Staples like destructive environments and a devotion to realism, the beloved Conquest and Breakthrough modes of yesteryear Battlefield Titles will return while an as yet undisclosed Hazard Zone mode is on the agenda. The first technical test for Battlefield 2042 runs August 12-16 and allows players who have signed up for an EA playtesting profile to jump into specific three-hour gameplay windows each day.
