In 2012, Miguel released three Art Dealer Chic EPs. These publications are now available for the first time on digital streaming platforms. And on April 9th, Miguel will release the new Art Dealer Chic Vol. 2. 4 (via ByStorm / RCA).
“I’ve done a lot of work over the past few years to incorporate and refine my beliefs,” Miguel said in a statement. “This inevitably brought me back to Art Dealer Chic as ADC is more or less a nickname for active thought curation. Instead of allowing what I have experienced or what is expected of me to determine my decisions, choose the thoughts, emotions, and actions that reflect my truest self. “
He continued, “As a basic operating system, that mentality has had a profound impact on my life and I want to keep sharing how, through the music and conversation around ADC.”
The first Art Dealer Chic included “Adorn”, which landed on Miguel’s 2012 record “Kaleidoscope Dream”.
