Minx Comedy Pilot Receives Series Order From HBO Max

Ten episodes of the half-hour comedy Minx by Ellen Rapoport, Feigco Entertainment and Lionsgate have been officially ordered for the series on HBO Max. Minx follows a serious young feminist who teams up with a low rent publisher to create the first adult magazine for women in 1970s LA.

Ophelia Lovibond (Elementary level) and Jake Johnson (New girl) should play in the comedy series. They are joined by other series regulars such as Idara Victor (Shameless), Jessica Lowe (Destroyed), Lennon Parham (HBO’s Veep), Michael Angarano (The kink) and Oscar Montoya (Reno 911). Showrunner Ellen Rapoport Executive produces the series together with Paul Feig and Dan Magnante for Feigco Entertainment.
