NEW Collaboration with Staples Connect in the Boston Area – Spreaker Blog
We are happy to share that Spreaker is the podcast hosting and distribution provider for six Staples Connect retail stores in the Boston area!
Earlier this month, Staples US Retail announced the opening of Staples Connect, a reinvented business of coworking, podcasting and community event spaces powered by professionals and teachers and students can connect and grow alike. The first six Staples Connects were opened in the home state of Massachusetts by Staples US Retail in Cambridge, Somerville, Needham, Boston, Brighton and Danvers.
One of the elements of the new business – Staples, which was developed in partnership with iHeartRadio – is the Staples Connect Podcast Studios, where storytellers can record their podcasts. Each studio has a soundproofed room with professional equipment for up to four people, plus some perks to help podcasters on their way such as B. a dedicated specialist in business and discounted access to hosting and distributing podcasts on Spreaker.
We’re excited to make podcasts even more accessible to creatives in the Boston area. With access to high quality recording capabilities and the addition of a tool like Spreaker – from editing to distribution – we really believe the Staples Connect Podcast Studios are going to have a huge impact on their community!
Staples customers include teachers, students, small business owners, and part-time workers, and their retail needs are evolving. That’s why Staples have tailored their stores to suit their needs. Many of these customers start and record podcasts, but have difficulty finding space to record them. That is exactly why Staples has integrated this space into the new store concept.
The entire team behind the new Staples Connect Podcast Studios invites all podcasters from the Boston area Book a session and check out the locations here.
