Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms has quite a number of fighters, as the extensive cast list shows. Warner Bros. has posted a few screenshots of these recurring characters, featuring Kintaro and fan-favorite ninja Smoke. These images can be found in the gallery below.
The first of the four pictures shows Jax against the four-armed Shokan Kintaro, who fans will recognize as one of the mini-bosses of the series. This will be some kind of revenge for Jax as Goro, another Shokan, was ripped off Jax’s arms in the first movie.

The second shows a fight between Liu Kang and Jade. It is unclear whether Jade will repeatedly spam her uppercut like many Jade mains in Mortal Kombat 11.
Scorpion and Raiden can be seen in the third picture. This is the only screenshot that doesn’t show a bloody fight. The description states that the two “go two different ways” but “work towards the same basic goal”.

And finally, in the last picture you can see Smoke and Sub-Zero. And while it looks like a real fight, it seems like some kind of training. Viewers will be able to see all of these scenes and more when the film hits physical and digital media on August 31, 2021.
