Hayley Williams and former Paramore guitarist Josh Farro are now considered the songwriters of Olivia Rodrigo’s “Good 4 U”, as reported by Billboard. Williams and Farro are the writers of Paramore’s 2007 single, “Misery Business,” and fans and critics alike share similarities between the Riot! Hit and Rodrigo’s Sour Track. A representative from Rodrigo did not immediately respond to the request for comment.

Olivia Rodrigo and Daniel Nigro are the other “Good 4 U” songwriters credited. Earlier this year Annie Clark, Jack Antonoff and Taylor Swift were retrospectively recognized as authors of Sour’s “Deja Vu,” also written by Rodrigo and Nigro. The credit came after Rodrigo’s admission that the bridge was inspired by Swift’s lover song “Cruel Summer” for their song.
