Killer Mike and El-P have announced a new range of Run the Jewels branded beers. The collaborations exist with black-owned breweries: Never Look Back from Beer Kulture at Green Bench Brewing Co., All Due Respect with Proximity Brewing and Spaceway Brewing and Blockbuster Night Pt. 1 with Brew Gentleman Brewery of Braddock, Pennsylvania.
All Due Respect, an ale, will be released at Black Brew Culture’s Blacktoberfest on October 8th in Durham, North Carolina. Blockbuster Night Pt. 1 will be released on September 10th at the Barrel and Flow Fest. A portion of the proceeds from the beers will go to charitable organizations such as Beer Kulture, 1Hood and Steel City Arts Initiative. More drinks, including a cold brew coffee called Ground Below, in partnership with Chicago’s Dark Matter Coffee, are in the works.
