Hot Toys unveils the Mandalorian’s Dark Trooper characters!

After the exciting conclusion of the second season of Disney + war of stars Series last month holds Hot Toys The Mandalorian Hype comes alive as they have unveiled new characters based on the robot troopers that appeared in the final episodes of last season. The authentic and detailed likeness of Dark Trooper in The Mandalorian includes the following:

  • Finely manufactured Dark Trooper helmet with LED light function (red light, battery operated)
  • Shiny black armor painting and metallic silver joints with LED light chest (red light, battery operated)
  • Approximately 32.5 cm tall
  • Newly developed body with over 25 points of articulation
  • Highly posable, advanced exoskeleton body structure with detailed mechanical design
  • Six interchangeable hands including:
  • A pair of fists
  • A pair of relaxed hands
  • A pair of hands to hold the rifle

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the war of stars Universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the empire and before the formation of the First Order. We follow the troubles of a lone gunslinger out in the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

Pedro Pascal (Kingsman: The golden circle) plays as a lonely Mandalorian gunslinger in the outer area of ​​the galaxy and is led by Gina Carano (Dead Pool) who plays Cara Dune, a former Rebel Shock Trooper who struggles to reintegrate into society; and Carl Weathers as Greef, a man who runs a guild of bounty hunters that The Mandalorian hires for a specific job.

The series also stars Giancarlo Esposito (breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Carl Weathers (Predator), Omid Abtahi (American gods), Werner Herzog (Grizzly man) and Nick Nolte (Ailments).

Favreau is acting as executive producer and showrunner for the series. The directors of the first season included Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars rebels), who directs the first episode, plus Deborah Chow (Jessica Jones), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Bryce Dallas Howard (Solemates) and Taika Waititi (THOR: Ragnarok), who also provided the voice for the IG-88 bounty hunter on the show.

The Mandalorian is produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist serving as co-executive producer. Season two is currently streamed on Disney +, with release scheduled for mid-2022!
