After remixing Death Grips ‘Zach Hill and Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor, Squarepusher offers a new version of “We Belong”. “Danny Elfman is a living legend and I was thrilled that I was asked to do a remix for him,” Squarepusher said in a statement. “When Big Mess bassist Stu Brooks and I started talking about the possibility of contacting remixers for various collaborations to reinvent songs from the album, Squarepusher was one of the first names we talked about,” said Elfman in a statement. “He’s obviously a legend in this field. I was really excited that he responded positively and chose the song ‘We Belong’ to mix. I couldn’t be happier with the result. “
