Written and directed by BenDavid Grabinski (Are you afraid of the dark) His directorial debut revolves around Tom (McHale) and Janet (Bishé), a couple who have been happily married for 14 years, much to the ire of their other friends. After a visit from a mysterious stranger who declares their marriage was a mistake resulted in a corpse, the two set off to take their friends on a weekend getaway to doubt who to call their friends and how stable their relationship is.

The film plays Emmy Award nominee McHale (Community, Deliver us from evil), Bishé (Red state, Stop and catch fire, Argo) and Emmy Award nominee Stephen Root (Barry, King of the hill).

The supporting cast consists of ensemble talents, including Natalie Morales (Parks and recreation), Paul Scheer (The league), Natalie Zea (Justified), Charlyne Yi (Knocked Above), Breckin Meyer (Intended Survivors), Shannon Woodward (Westworld), Jon Daly (Curb your enthusiasm), Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Barry) and Al Madrigal (I’m dying up here).

This gripping dark comedy was funded by Chuckie Duff’s Common Wall Media and produced by Jack Black and Spencer Berman of Electric Dynamite, Nancy Leopardi and Ross Kohn of Indy Entertainment and executive of Chuckie Duff, and filmmakers Dave Green and Kyle Newman.
