Lionsgate has the official trailer for their upcoming crime thriller drama entitled. released The gate, which is slated for September 3rd in select theaters, Apple TV + and VOD. The cinema release will be followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on September 7th. The gate Trailer, which you can watch below, shows a social worker getting too involved with his customers’ problems by trying to save them from the cartel.

The gate is a dark crime story about Parker, a hapless social worker who is overwhelmed when he tries to protect his client from her recently fired husband. Can Parker save the family from the violent threat posed by the insane drug dealer and his crew, who are desperately trying to recapture their priceless stash at any cost?
The movie stars Shea Whigham (joker), Olivia Munn (The robber), Taryn Manning (8 miles), Mark Boone Junior (Batman begins), Day burns (Dumplings), Frank Grillo (Boss level), and Bruce Dern (The hateful eight).
