The Pembrokeshire Murders, North American Premiere: In the limited series drama “True Crime”, Luke Evans stars as Steve Wilkins, a detective pursuing a notorious case. After his promotion, Wilkins selects a team to tackle two notoriously unsolved murders that have plagued his department for years. As part of the investigation, Wilkins found that the killer John Cooper was already in jail for another crime but should be released. He and his team had to prove the connection to prevent a killer from being released and possibly killing again. Cooper would eventually be dubbed “The Bullseye Killer” as an appearance on the popular Bullseye game show would play a role in his belief. BritBox also debuted with Catching The Game Show Killer, a documentary that contains the real-life account of the infamous crimes of those who helped solve the problem. The first episode is now being streamed, with new episodes being broadcast weekly.
