Tom George’s untitled crime thriller adds Ruth Wilson to the ensemble
Although still untitled, Tom George’s upcoming crime thriller has added to his cast list by winning the Golden Globe Its dark materials and The affair Star Ruth Wilson, according to the deadline.

Wilson joins a cast that includes Oscar-winning Sam Rockwell (Three billboards outside of Ebbing, Missouri, the only Ivan), Saorise Ronan (Lady Bird, little women), David Oyelowo (Aquarius, the midnight sky) and Adrien Brody (The Grand Budapest Hotel, the French mail order company).
The untitled film is set in 1950s London when a desperate Hollywood film producer tries to turn a popular West End play into a movie. However, when members of the production are murdered, world-weary Inspector Stoppard (Rockwell) and overzealous rookie Constable Stalker (Ronan) find themselves in the midst of an enigmatic unit in London’s glamorous theatrical land and filthy underground.
The film is directed by Tom George from a script by Mark Chappell. It will be produced by Damian Jones with Director of Development and Production Katie Goodson-Thomas, Production Director Richard Ruiz and Senior Development Executive Pete Spencer who will oversee the project on behalf of Searchlight Pictures UK. Production is now set to begin, as the cast has been rounded off by Wilson’s entry.

The Untitled Project marks the most recent collaboration between Ronan and Rockwell and Searchlight, who previously worked on award-winning and nominated hits like Ronan’s Brooklyn and The Grand Budapest Hotel as well as Rockwell’s Three billboards outside of Ebbing, Missouri and Jojo Rabbit.
