ComingSoon.net is proud to make an exclusive debut Chad Clip from this week’s episode. The hit TBS sitcom plays Saturday Night Live alum Nasim Pedrad in the title role as a clumsy 14-year-old boy. The series focuses on Chad’s harrowing attempts to become popular in school while also becoming his own identity as a Persian boy.

In this clip from episode five, “Whiskey Slaps,” Chad explains to his mother why he doesn’t need a babysitter. It’s a short but memorable slideshow presentation that shows off the comedy that you can expect Chad.

The program’s official synopsis reads: “A 14-year-old pubescent Persian boy (Nasim Pedrad) is navigating his first year of school on the mission to become popular. Chad’s friendships and sanity are pushed to the limit as he uses every tactic he can to befriend the cool kids, endure his mother’s new dating life, and reconcile himself with his cultural identity. Pedrad, who first made a name for herself on “Saturday Night Live,” is also a creator, writer, executive producer, and showrunner. “

The series premiered on April 6, and the fifth episode premieres on Tuesday, May 4 at 10:30 p.m. ET after a full-day Star Wars marathon.
