WB casts Sasha Calle as Supergirl for Ezra Miller-run The Flash
With Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck already confirmed to repeat their iterations of The Dark Knight, the list for Warner Bros. ‘Ezra Miller performed The Lightning continued to grow when director Andy Muschietti showed on Instagram that Sasha Calle (The young and the restless) was cast as the Supergirl for the DC Extended Universe project. Warner Bros. first revealed that their lightning The film would be inspired by Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert Flash point Comic back in 2017. The studio even went so far as to change the title of the film to Flash point. But after announcing the 2022 release date last month, it doesn’t sound like it still does.
It’s probably for the best that the filmmakers will make changes to John’s and Kubert’s original Flash point Arc. After all, the story was already animated and in the Reverse arrow. In 2013, Warner Home Video was released Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. A few years later, The CW’s The Lightning aired its own version of the story on season three of the show. With that said, it makes sense that Warner Bros. ‘film department wants to do something that is different from previous adaptations. In addition, the manipulation of the timeline could also be used to fix continuity problems within the DCEU.

Set directed by ITAndy Muschietti, the latest script, is written by Christina Hodson, which still covers the famous Flashpoint story. Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck have been confirmed to repeat their respective versions of Bruce Wayne / Batman for the film.
Which Ezra Miller led lightning The film is now set to be released on November 4, 2022. Miller first portrayed the scarlet speedster in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League.
