Exclusive Snowpiercer 2.08 clip: Wilford & Alex are at odds
Towards the end of the season, TNT shared an exclusive clip with ComingSoon.net for the eighth episode of the adaptation of the hit series by Snowpiercer See Sean Beans reunite Mr. Wilford and Rowen Blanchard’s Alex Cavill, but at odds with each other as the former keeps secrets from the latter. Set over seven years after the world turned to a frozen wasteland, Snowpiercer The focus is on the remains of mankind who live in a constantly moving train with 1001 wagons that circled the globe. Class struggle, social injustice and survival politics play out in this compelling TV adaptation based on the graphic novel series and the film by Oscar winner Joon-Ho (parasite). The series was renewed for a third season before the second season debut.
Season 2 begins a new power struggle that creates a dangerous rift as people are split between their loyalty to Layton (Daveed Diggs) and Mr. Wilford (Sean Bean), who has a new train, new technology and game plan that leaves everyone guessing. As Layton battles Wilford for the soul of Snowpiercer, Melanie (Jennifer Connelly) leads a shocking new discovery that could change the fate of humanity.

The post-apocalyptic drama is being produced by Tomorrow Studios (a joint venture between Marty Adelstein and ITV Studios) with CJ Entertainment, who produced the original film. The series is directed by Marty Adelstein (Cowboy bebop, One piece, Hanna) and Becky Clements (Cowboy bebop, One piece, Hanna); Showrunner Graeme Manson (Orphan Black) who wrote the first episode; Director James Hawes (The alienist, Black mirror); Matthew O’Connor (continuum, Tin Man); Scott Derrickson (Creepy, Doctor Strange) and the producers of the original film, Bong Joon Ho, Miky Lee, Tae-sung Jeong, Park Chan-wook, Lee Tae-hun, and Dooho Choi.
In the second season, new episodes are currently being broadcast on TNT every Monday evening. The episodes can also be streamed on the TNT website. Season 1 is now streamed on HBO Max.
